A pale golden yellow colour. Grassy notes on the nose, meadow herbs, a hint of vanilla, chalky mineral notes, some wet stone. Ethereal. A delicate mousse on the palate. Dry, youthfully yeasty, chalky, fine spices. An animated, citrus fruit-like acidity and a structured minerality. Elegant and invigorating.
