Tasting Notes
Delicate amber. Aroma of dried fruit, fruit bread, dried dates and figs, forest honey, candied lime and rum raisins. On the palate textured fruit, very dense and compact, some blackcurrant cordial, honey again, well-judged acidity, deep and balanced, good length, lots of ageing potential.
More about the tastingRich honey yellow. Balsamic aroma, honey, boiled peach, candied orange peel, very ripe tropical fruit, lush. Lively on the palate, honey like sweetness, medium acidity, dense, candied fruit, savoury undertones, delicate phenolics, will mature well.
