Honey yellow in colour. A savoury nose dominated by dried fruit, with candied orange and lemon peel, papaya and candied lime. Very dense on the palate with a firm structure. This is an elixir, where sweetness and lively acidity coexist in beautiful interplay. Boiled mirabelle plums and tangerine marmalade waft through the long finish. Has great ageing potential.

It is pure elixir on the palate, is very dense, with a lively acidity, a powerful sweetness, stewed mirabelle plum, and candied fruit. It will need a lot of time.
