Tasting Notes
Delicately fragrant, subtly warm smoke in the first instance then roasted almonds, salty popcorn, pears, fresh honeydew melon and pumpkin skin. Juicy and fresh on the palate with a supple base, fine sweetness balanced by vivid acidity and animating citrus fruit – white grapefruit and lime - on the finish. Good length.
