Tasting Notes
Rich aromas on the nose: Boskop apple, also some anise and herbs. On the palate a subtle wood barrel influence is noticeable with a lot of substance and flattering creaminess. Also in the finish a lively acid structure, the Boskop apple is clearly tasted, perfect length.
