Tasting from 15.10.2019: Ulrich Sautter

Full-bodied in the mouth, but without breadth, with a silky texture and a very fine acid nerve that is physiologically part of the wine, a complete varietal type, suitable for gastronomic use (poultry liver) or as an autumnal twilight drink.
