Bright, elegant light gold colour. Fine aromas of light honey, orange peel, and ripe pears on the nose, subtle hints of cream, candied lemon zest on the finish, and light herbal savouriness. Full-bodied, warm-hearted on the palate with a lot of texture, it spreads out beautifully over the palate, with well-integrated acidity. Taut yet elegant, it remains vivid for a long time on the finish.
