Light golden yellow with greenish reflections. Toasty wood and some almond on the nose, along with ripe tangerine and peach. In the mouth there's no little substance with a firm acid backbone and a clear mineral tinge. A Chardonnay with freshness, tension and certain ageing potential.
More about the tastingRich yellow. Spicy aroma of smoke, some vanilla, mint, in the background some pear, apple and almond. On the palate a grippy texture, apple, grapefruit, completely on the fresh side, fine phenolics, herbal savouriness, dense and purist. The perfect food wine.
