Smoke on the nose, subtle matchstick, ripe apple, apple peel, salted lemons, orange zest, caramel, chalky coolness. The terroir is evident on the palate, vivid chalky minerality, carried by a fine acidity, elegant and with traction, athletic and a long-distance runner.
