Subtle wood, slightly citrusy, orange, chalky-smoky, fresh corn. A very tidy aroma. The palate is supple, blending a very fine, mealy phenolic note into the soft, sustained body, which is refreshed on the finish by an immensely fine thread of acidity and vivid chalky minerality. Pure elegance.
