Tasting Notes
A light golden yellow. Spicy, slightly balsamic wood. The fruit alternates between late Burgundy-like berries and ripe Charentais melon. The palate is densely packed with tannins on a supple base, fresh acidity reinforces the astringency, the compact, very dense and clearly chalky mineral finish hints at great ageing potential.
More about the tasting"Gris" in colour with golden reflections. Radiant and complex bright berry fruit on the nose, with a hint of almonds and light woody spice. The palate has finely integrated acidity and a dense texture, with tense phenolics. Wonderfully animating to drink despite its power.
