Medium golden yellow; the bouquet is initially dominated by the spontaneous fermentation, followed by restrained, spicy notes of yellow fruit; powerful but delicate on the palate, present, lively acidity, vivid, almost a little nervous; a hint of residual sweetness in the lingering finish. An exciting, idiosyncratic Pinot Gris.
