Tasting Notes
This local wine replaces the former dry Kallmuth Kabinett - the grapes come from older vines in the terraces. A mineral nose typical of the site, with fresh green Riesling aromas and rosemary. Elegant, fine acidity on the palate, delicate flow, very Kabinett-typical, bone-dry, but balanced by content, with a mineral background.
