Deep, dark ruby colour, black core, very delicate watery rim. Fine herbal savouriness, chocolaty nuances, ripe cherries, delicate hints of dried fruit. Full-bodied, rather red berry fruit, fine tannins, fresh and animating to drink, almost light-footed, chocolatey finish, sour cherries in the aftertaste.
