The white wine »Erlesenes« Ingelfingen Hoher Berg Riesling trocken, vintage 2018 from the winery Weingut Gaufer has been rated in 2020 by Ulrich Sautter with 89 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Württemberg in Germany.
Enormous piquancy on the nose, lime, lemon tart, light powderiness and minerality. Very dense on the palate, a very substantial, spicy version. A little bit of ageing will help to link the individual components even more.
