Tasting Notes
Initially yeasty on the nose, then a Riesling-like accentuated varietal spiciness comes through with increasing depth. On the palate the wine is juicy, light in alcohol, but ample in fruit, giving the high altitude of Lake Constance a truly elegant and finely nuanced expression.
