The white wine »Edition« Meersburg Fohrenberg Müller-Thugau trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Geiger has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Müller-Thurgau from the region Baden in Germany.
Initially yeasty on the nose, then a Riesling-like accentuated varietal spiciness comes through with increasing depth. On the palate the wine is juicy, light in alcohol, but ample in fruit, giving the high altitude of Lake Constance a truly elegant and finely nuanced expression.
