Dark ruby red, a purple sheen, a subtle ochre hue on the rim. Ripe cherries, some nougat, a hint of plums, orange zest. Juicy, elegant, sweet fruit, full-bodied, ripe tannins, mineral and persistent, fine nougat on the finish, with ageing potential.
