The red wine Portugieser trocken, vintage 2018 from the winery Weingut Grober Feetz has been rated in 2020 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Blauer Portugieser from the region Saale-Unstrut in Germany.
The aroma of this Portuguese is quite different from what you would expect. Very dark berryish and dense. Elderberries and fresh blackcurrants characterise the nose. There is also a lovely floral note. There is a great freshness on the palate. The acidity is beautifully integrated. Unique and worth tasting.
