Tasting from 22.03.2024: Ulrich Sautter

The fruit is ripe and reminiscent of candied apple and caramel. The palate opens with a noticeable fruitiness and a slight woody influence on the aromatic side. The substantial body shows a clear mineral character, acidity and alcohol are well integrated, the finish is full and fruity. An unusual, stylistically very individual wine.
