The white wine »Halbstück« Sauvignon Blanc trocken, vintage 2015 from the winery Weingut Hammel has been rated in 2016 with 88 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sauvignon Blanc from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
Yellow kiwi, rocket and a hint of redcurrant. Clear vegetal aromas of bell bell pepper and tomato green. Juicy fruit attack with a good-natured structure and solid length. The wine is well made, but we wish it had a little more bite.
