Light salmon pink, silver reflections, fine, persistent mousse. Fine nuances of pastry, subtle wild red berry confit and hints of fresh orange zest. Juicy, elegant, notes of strawberry confit, fine acidity, mineral and persistent, fruity on the finish, good length, a versatile food wine.
