The rosé »Für mich soll’s rote Rosén regnen«, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Hammel has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 88 - 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Spätburgunder, Cabernet Cubin, Cabernet Mitos from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
Strong in colour for a rosé, almost like a light red wine. Fragrant nose of cherries, strawberries, blueberries and floral notes such as roses and rosehip blossom. Powerful, supple on the palate, juicy fruit, ripe, well-integrated acidity, fine phenolics, woody spice.
