People love bubbles - why shouldn't that translate into the Piwi category? The Secco, sorry, Gransecco scores with a fine herbaceousness on the nose, plus light apple and a little mustard powder. The palate almost has a Prosecco feel. Juicy fruit and padded with a flattering residual sweetness, zero complexity, but wonderful as an aperitif for the next summer party.
