Medium yellow. A restrained but enormously deep bouquet. There's dominant flinty notes and some unobtrusive wood, as well as hazelnuts in the background. On the palate it's very dense and fresh thanks to great acidity. The wood is still noticeable. Finishes long, on an almost vibrating minerality. A unique Gutedel at a unique price, with great prospects.
