On the nose, an initially restrained aroma of elderberry, ripe dark cherry, hibiscus and Garrique develops into an exciting complexity. On the palate, the lively acidity balances the fine aromas of blackcurrant, cherry, violet and elderflower. Good texture, still young tannins and a highly attractive finish.
