Medium salmon pink in colour, deep aroma of ripe raspberries and apricots, pear skin also some rosehip. On the palate engaging with clear, ripe fruit and good freshness, the balanced acidity is flanked by fine carbon dioxide, creamy, full-bodied, clean expression, cultivated rosé with Pinot Noir flair.
