On the nose, multi-layered aromas of apple peel, brioche, cinnamon, red forest berries, cherry, subtle notes of marzipan, and vanilla. The palate is harmonious with a fine mousse, creamy texture, and clear fruit with a fine sweetness, balanced by savouriness, not just a soloist, also a good food wine.
