Oak savouriness and intense herbal tones, little obvious fruit. Some yeast. On the palate it shows with a round, silky texture, fine acidity, nice freshness, juicy and well proportioned in the medium to medium-heavy weight class, fine extract sweetness, clearly accompanied by minerality. Good length.
