The white wine »Reserve« Hilsbach Pinot Blanc trocken, vintage 2022 from the winery Weingut Heitlinger has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Blanc from the region Baden in Germany.
Toasty and earthy on the nose, brown mushrooms, forest leaves, black walnut, chamomile, hay, wormwood, café au lait, with airy fruit notes, mandarin orange and nashi pears. Creamy on the palate, with sweet, warm spices, a tart acidity, lovely with a mushroom and thyme ragout.
