Tasting from 06.12.2023: Ulrich Sautter

A powerful and finely spiced bouquet with blackberries, black cherries, cassis, beet, a hint of smoke, dried tobacco, black pepper, cold ash and wet forest floor. Powerful on the palate with good substance and stable, distinctive tannins that are designed for ageing, stable acidity, a touch of sour cherry, bay leaf, a slight bitter note and good length. Good ageing potential.
