Tasting Notes
On the nose, spicy aromas of honeysuckle, lemon balm, blackcurrant leaf, nettles, and some crème de cassis. This extract-driven wine has the right amount of softness and mature acidity to underline the aromatics. Still seems very closed overall, but the potential for ageing is clearly visible, maturing in two or three years to reveal greater spice and volume.
