The white wine »Stammhaus« Riesling, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Holz-Weisbrodt has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 89 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
Initially floral in aroma, then piquant fruit such as white currant is added, also yeasty aromas. In the mouth, the distinctive acidity gives the wine a slender appearance. The sweetness also has presence, but remains on the defensive against the acidity. Overall, a straightforward, substantial, well-balanced and completely harmonious Riesling.
