Tasting Notes

Tasting from 11.11.2023: Ulrich Sautter

Spicy and also woody nose, quite ripe notes, cherry, sea buckthorn, dry herbs, smoke, cold smokehouse, forest floor, pine needles, also some cherry liqueur. Shows the ripe aspects with subtle alcohol also on the palate, brings as well a stable acidity that knows how to create a solid balance. The tannins are mellow, carries Baden and also Burgundian traits. Beautiful savouriness.
