Tasting from 11.11.2023: Ulrich Sautter

Ripe nose with yellow flowers, apricot and mango, pear, macadamia nuts and orange zest. Broad and powerful structure on the palate with good substance, density, juice, texture, residual sweetness and savouriness. Ripe, supporting phenolics, acidity is ripe and stable, Burgundy-like in its feel, with good certain ageing potential and gastronomic perspective.
