Tasting Notes

89+
Tasting from 11.11.2023: Ulrich Sautter

Bright flowers, green and ripe yellow apple on the nose, also nutty hints, peanut shell, ripe apricot and a touch of marzipan. Not an Elbling that focuses only on freshness and straightforwardness, in a slender structure it is quite full-bodied and with texture, well-balanced acidity and integrated fruit sweetness, nice spiciness on the finish, gastronomic suitability.
