The red wine Pinot Noir trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut In den Zehn Morgen has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Spätburgunder
On the nose, aromas of ripe black cherry fruit, cherry liqueur, cinnamon, and clove, as well as "Burgundian" notes of subsoil and foliage. The mid palate is silky and juicy, the acidity has tension and tactile minerality and the chalky mineral finish gives the wine an extra dimension.
