Tasting Notes
Sparkling, translucent ruby. Appealing, multi-layered nose of cloves, then some rosewood, lots of blackberry and dark cherry. Also shows a lot of present fruit on the palate, builds up long, fresh and somewhat annoying acidity, gives play, salty and long, the tannin still needs some additional maturity.
