Tasting Notes
Not yet open on the nose but complex with balsamic notes, herbal liqueur, wood, floral and herbal-spicy notes, as well as blueberry fruit. There's a very dense palate with plenty of tannins, full body and a firm acidity. Some mineral notes emerge on the finish. Still very young - but will achieve great complexity.
More about the tastingRich, sparkling ruby. Extremely dense and compact nose, showing notes of cloves, then rich blackberries, some blueberries in the background. Blossoms powerfully on the palate, shows a lot of concentrated fruit, opens with present, polished tannins at the core, a very powerful version of Pinot Noir, will only show what it is really made of in a few years.
