Tasting from 23.11.2020: Ulrich Sautter

The nose is still marked by wood spice and yeast with layers of herbs, spices, freshly crushed juniper berry and hints of tar. On the palate there is beautiful Triassic limestone minerality with creamy undertones, the acidity is ripe and poised, the tannins are grippy. A youthful and talented wine.
