The red wine Cuvée Kontur, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut Jalits has been rated in 2021 by Peter Moser with 91 - 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Blaufränkisch, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon from the region Burgenland in Austria.
Deep dark garnet, purple tints at the narrow rim. Aromas of violets and blackberries, elegant cassis, then cloves and balsamic notes. Juicy, tight, extract-sweetness, vanilla-pod, well-integrated tannins, blackberry touch on the finish, very good length; drinking well, but has further ageing potential.
