Tasting Notes
The nose has notes of cherry and green tomato, milk chocolate, raspberry, leather, herbs. In the mouth, an enormous tannic impression unfolds, mealy, fine, ripe tannins, which is countered by juicy acidity and intense chalky minerality, deep and vibrant, but also with finesse-rich nuances, enormously young.
