Tasting Notes
Opulent, charming and multi-layered aroma, red berry fruit, ivy, mint, rose petals, black cherries, fine smoke, subtle pepper and mocha. Juicy and elegant on the palate, lively acidity, clear fruit and fine-grained tannins, densely concentrated, long, animating and with potential for years to come.
More about the tastingWarm smoke on the nose with sloe, juniper, dark cherries, fresh beetroot, ivy, mint and black olive tapenade. Elegant on the palate with both fruit and savouriness in equal measure. The fine-grained tannins and beautiful acidity are similarly balanced and the body is wonderfully supple and long on the palate. Certain ageing potential.
