Tasting Notes
Mature color, but not highly colored. Unfolds floral: from lemon blossom to viola and acacia honey. Lots of body, the acidity has become mild. Despite the round maturity, the wine has retained its Riesling core, it has probably now reached its ideal drinking maturity and will hold it for two or three years. (named vintage in conversion to organic)
