Tasting Notes
On the nose, a fine initial ripeness, notes of liquorice and cooked apples. Very straightforward on the palate, with a persistent mousse, seamlessly integrated acidity and a hint of Brut Nature. The highlight, however, is the complex, delicately matured finish. A subtle style!
