Tasting Notes

Tasting from 22.03.2023: Ulrich Sautter

Spicy aroma with red cherry, plum and also some rum-steeped fruit, wood savouriness comes in amidst smoky hints. On the palate a fine savouriness that appears on a soft velvety background, firm structure, bright acidity, soft tannins in medium quantity. Transports the sunny vintage in generosity, warmth and spice.
