The white wine »Schieferkristall« Riesling trocken, vintage 2022 from the winery Weingut Karthäuserhof has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Moselle in Germany.
A savoury, citrusy aroma with herbal notes, yeast and slate are also vivid. In the mouth, it is a very relaxed wine, rounded off by patient ageing in wooden barrels and not with sugar, good in density and length, with a very civilized acidity.
