Tasting Notes
AP1335/24 The nose is primarily spicy: with caraway, liquorice, black pepper, and finally some stewed apple and blossom honey notes. The palate is laser-focused, with intense, juicy tension accompanied by a fine yet fresh mousse and powerful minerality.
More about the tastingCandied orange, blackcurrant and pepper on the nose. The palate has enormous intensity and finesse at the same time. Suppleness, lively acidity, an ultra-fine mousse is closely interwoven with the vivid tactile minerality, the wine is fresh, elegant and expressive and has a very good length.
