Spicy and savoury on the nose, fine spontaneous notes, dried grapefruit peel, grilled pineapple, Mirabelle plum, mustard seed, chervil. On the palate with depth of extract and more fruit expression, concentrated and powerful, yet elegant, with a firm mineral core and a long finish.
