Tasting Notes
Dark ruby garnet, deep color, delicate violet rim brightening. Somewhat reductive on the nose, needs some time to develop, initially of kitchen herbs, then becomes increasingly sweet, of blackberries and later cassis and floral nuances. Full-bodied blueberry aromas on the palate, silky tannins, a delicate citrus touch, juicy dark berry fruit on the finish, remains very persistent, fruity aftertaste, very elegant and still extremely appealing to drink.
