Tasting Notes
Deep dark ruby garnet, black core, violet reflections. On the nose, blackberry jelly, liquorice, sweet spicy notes, cinnamon and vanilla, roasted plums, very suggestive bouquet. Very complex on the palate, full-bodied and sweet, present, finely spicy, almost peppery tannins, fine bitter chocolate notes, powerful yet balanced, lingering nougat aftertaste, very good ageing potential, almost overseas-like fruit sweetness.
